1、拆開X、Y、Z三軸導軌伸縮護罩，檢查油排打油是否正常以及導軌、滾珠、絲桿、鏈條等潤滑是否良好。
2、檢查并清洗切削油箱之過濾網、止回閥并清理油箱內的銅渣鐵渣等雜質。
3、清潔注油器儲油罐內的油污、雜質。
4、檢查主軸打刀缸上潤滑油杯中的油量，及時添加并保持油杯中的油量充足。(油量占油杯2/3容積)。
5、檢查電子手輪和操作面板上各控制開關和按鍵的功能動作是否正常。
6、檢查對刀儀測試平面的平面度(要求平面度0.01mm以內)，如有超差，請及時校正。(機器帶有此配置時保養(yǎng)項目)

4, check the amount of oil in the lubricating oil cup on the spindle knife cylinder, add in time and keep the oil in the oil cup sufficient.(The oil volume accounts for 2 / 3 of the oil cup).
5, check the electronic handwheel and operation panel on the control switches and buttons function is normal.
6, check the flatness of the instrument test plane (required flatness within 0.01mm), if there is excess, please correct in time. (Maintenance items when the machine has this configuration)
